Feeling Forgotten

There are times in our walk with God where we will feel as though somehow God has forgotten about us! We get so bogged down with thoughts and so focused in on what God hasn't done yet and forget about all the marvelous things that God has done for us, things we may not even have seen! It's in these moments when the enemy can crawl in and doubt and unbelief can begin to take root. In our walk with God we have to always remember what God has done for us and even in the midst of a trial where you feel as though God has forgotten you somehow, you have stand up, have faith and know that the creator of all could never and would never forget His creation whom He loves so dearly and deeply; His love for us is eternal! I mean just take a look at it this way; Jesus went to the cross and died for you long before you were even born. When He hung on the cross He wasn't thinking about how much pain He was in, He was thinking of you and how much He loved and desired for you to forever be with Him; so how could you ever believe that He has forgotten you. As He said in His word, He will never leave you, nor forsake you (Joshua 1:5). Now you may forget about Him but He has never and will never forget about you! So just stay strong! When those feelings of loneliness and uncertainty begin to creep up on  you, flee into the presence of God and just spend some quality time with Him. There with Him you will find peace, rest, strength, courage and most of all love. God is love and He yearns to lavish it upon you! You don't have to do anything but call out His name and He will come running! Whatever you are going through today, just hold on and be strong and remember God is the Almighty and everlasting God and He is your Father, He has not forgotten you! He will come through! Just believe! You say you love Him then you have to trust Him! God Bless!!!

Joshua 1:5 "As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Also remember that there are millions upon millions of hurting and ailing people in this world and God has to look to and attend to each and every one of them, so just be patient. God sees your pain and He will attend to it and take care of it soon enough! Patience is proof of trust!
