Heartache and Pain

Heartache and pain are 2 definite constants in life. From the richest to the poorest, from the most beautiful to the most unattractive (inside and out) you can pretty much guarantee these two things will come to pass in your life at some random point in time. But the question is how will you deal with it? How will you face it? Will you stand up and fight or will you fall down and crumble? Will you rise above it or will you be crushed beneath its weight? Will you lean and depend on God to get you through or will you go to some worldly crutch just to take your mind off the pain for a little while instead of truly facing up to it? Tough questions but when faced with adversity you need to have your mind made up and know which way to go. And don't think for one second when you're going through troubling times that God doesn't see, hear, feel or care about what it is that you are going through, what you are facing at this point in your life because that couldn't be farther from the truth. God has compassion for His children, passion for His creation; from sinner to saint, both non-believer and believer alike.

Take a look at these scriptures:
-Psalm 36:7 "How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings."
-Luke 7:11-15 "Soon afterward, Jesus went to a town called Nain, and His disciples and a large crowd went along with Him. As He approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out - the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, His heart went out to her and He said, "Don't cry." Then He went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. He said, "Young man, I say to you, get up!" The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother."

These scriptures are just 2 among many scriptures in the Bible representing how much God loves and cares for His children. It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done, you can find love and refuge in God and He will completely erase your guilt, take away your pain and wipe your tears away; set you on your feet and get you going in the right direction.
When you hurt God hurts. He feels your pain just like you feel it. He doesn't want to see you with your head hung low, depending on something worldly crutch to get you through, no way! He wants you to come to Him so He can bring you back to life. To strengthen you, to get you moving on the right path so you can face your pain and deal with your heartache in a sensible fashion. God desires to fill each and every one of your longings, He desires to shower you with good things from above but you must recognize that He can't afford to let you feel only good; because then He may lose you on the count that you may begin to feel as though you don't need Him and that is a risk that God is not about to take.
So when when life's many troubles and sorrows seem to begin to pile up over your head recognize why it has arrived. Nothing catches God by surprise and everything happens for a reason. It's in those times where God is testing you, testing to see if you really love Him as much as you say you do but it's not just a test, He's also desiring for you to come nearer to Him, to develop a deeper relationship with Him and for you to know and experience Him in your life on a level you never have before.
God is a big big God and that's even an understatement but i'm saying that to say this, God is more than able to release your from your heartache and pain. All you have to do is go to Him. Don't run from the pain go towards it! Face it! Fight it! Overcome it! God has readily equipped you for the battle. His Spirit is in you and you are suited in His full armor (The armor of God: Helmet of Salvation, Breastplate of Righteousness, Belt of Truth, Feet Fitted with the Readiness that Comes from the Gospel of Peace, Sword of the Spirit (The Word of God) and the Shield of Faith (used to extinguish ALL the fiery darts of the enemy) This all found and described in the book of Ephesians 6:10-17). So don't run and hide, don't crumble and don't fear! You can make it! The Lord is on your side! God Bless!

Working But Getting Nowhere?

Have you ever looked at your life and been like where in the world am I going? Or what am I doing? I have many many days and sometimes have felt like I was never going to get anything accomplished. But its in those moments where one really has to really hold strong to their faith in God, trusting and believing that He has something great in store for you. You may not see it or feel like it but you have to know that His word is true! You have to know and trust that your labor is not in vain in the Lord and when going out in His name you can't fail! All you can do is win! So when those feelings of doubt come in and begin to try and take root, go to God and get some guidance. He'll lead you, teach you and show you the way. And remember, you are never alone in your situation; God is right there beside you, in front of you and behind you making sure and for certain that you succeed. So don't let those questions of what am I doing with my life? Why am I not getting anywhere? Sink in. God is reaching out His mighty hand to you, take hold of it and let Him lead you into a blessed and prosperous future! God Bless!

The Cloudy Days

God never said there wouldn't be any cloudy days but He did say He would be there with you! "God has not promised me, sunshine, that's not the way its going to be, but a little rain, mixed with God's sunshine, a little pain, makes me appreciate, the good times!" Beautifull and also very true lyrics from a song titled Be Grateful by Walter Hawkins.Even though it says in the Bible that the path of the righteous is to get brighter and brighter each day, that doesn't mean that everyday is going to be filled with sunshine, there will indeed be cloudy days. We are going to have many trials and tribulations to face on this righteous path but the key is to come out on the other sideof them walking in the victory of Jesus Christ! These "cloudy days" or trials are meant to strengthen you, not break you down. It's in these times where God desires for you to draw nearer to Him, to develop a deeper relationship with you, a greater connection with you. In these moments God begins to mold you on His Potters wheel, shaping you and strengthening you for the battles up ahead. These times may not feel good but they are truly for your own good. And don't worry, God won't ever put more on you than you can handle. So when the cloudy days come, stand firm, God's got you under control. You will make it through and after you do, be sure to give Him all the glory He deserves because you are now stronger than you have ever been! God Bless!

Trust in God

It is at your lowest points in life where God will come along and exalt you, just believe and trust in Him! God loves you too much to leave you where you are! Life is tough! It can just beat you down, wear you out and just plain ol' mess you up! But we have to remember that we have a friend in Jesus! And through it all He is right there with us! Even at times where you feel like He isn't, you can still be sure that He is! Even if you don't think He's there with you or you don't feel like He's there in the midst of your battle, just jump to your feet and say "I got the victory!" You don't have to feel it, but you do have to know it! Life is full of heartache, pain, pitfalls, mistakes and turmoil but one of the most beautiful things is to know that God has got our back! Even when we are at our lowest points, where we feel like we have finally did it! God is upset with us! He doesn't want to have anything to do with us! That was the last straw! He is still saying, "Come to me! Put your faith and trust in me." How beautiful and how great it is to know that He has so much patience with us! God truly loves His creation, His redeemed ones, His children! So don't fret and make a fuss over life's wrong turns! Things aren't always going to go your way! Your going to make a ton of mistakes! We all do! No one is perfect! But just trust in God! Our Father has got us covered and our sweet Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be sure that we make it across that victory line to hear those precious words, "Enter in!" God Bless!

Grudges

I have learned in my short amount of time that I have been on this earth that holding a grudge is one of the most unhealthy things you can do, naturally and spiritually! I mean think about. It takes quit a bit of effort to hold a grudge against someone. It drains you mentally, physically and emotionally! Then just think about the great lengths people go through when holding a grudge just to avoid someone. They make sure that person knows that they are upset with them number one, then they are sure to avoid all the places they know that person goes, when they see that person they immediately try to either leave the vicinity or make their presence known to the person for whatever reason and so many other ridiculous and foolish antics. But that's just in the natural! Far worse things are going on spiritually. When one begins to demonstrate ungodliness they are letting a wall down and are inviting some evilness in. Once that evil begins to take root, then the devil has a foothold on you. He will begin to have you acting out of character, being angry and all types of other ungodly behaviors. Then to top it off sense you can't forgive then you aren't forgiven! If you can't forgive anyone their trespass, God can't forgive you of yours! Why go through all of this? Why bring all of this and more on yourself when it is so much more easier to forgive! It gives life to your soul, a tremendous amount of weight is lifted of your shoulders, burdens are removed from your head and most of all you are forgiven of your sins against God! So instead of harboring ill feelings against someone, holding a grudge against them, which half of the time it isn't for anything all that serious in the first place, just forgive! I know sometimes its easier said than done but just give it a try! You have so much negativity that you will be able to get rid of and all positiveness to gain! God Bless!

Priorities

When your schedule begins to schedule out God that's a problem! Now that I have gotten heavily into this walk with God I don't understand when I see people putting things of this world before the things of God! What baffles me even further is when I see so called Christians exhibiting this behavior! It shows me though where their head is really at when it comes to God Almighty! I mean I just look at it this way, if Jesus took the time to come out of Heaven, die for your sins, set you free from condemnation, give you the keys of life and give you back authority in the Earth, then why in the world can't you take time out of your everyday life for Him? What is more important than God? What is more important than feeling His presence? What is more important than hearing His word? What is more important than getting your spirit fed? What is more important than feeling His love surrounding you? What is more important than prayer, sitting down and having a one on one conversation with God? Maybe its just me but I can't think of one single solitary thing that would be more important than any of the previous things mentioned. But to some I guess, work, family, friends and other things are more important. And I'm not saying that none of that isn't important because indeed it is but God is far more important and you are to put Him first! For the most part those in the world and even those in the Body of Christ have their priorities "jacked up" for a lack of better words. Forgive me for being so frank but when I think about my Jesus there is nothing that comes to mind that is more important than Him! Your job can't get you to Heaven! Your family can't get you to Heaven! Your friends can't get you to Heaven! Because when you stand before the maker of Heaven and Earth and everything in it and He ask you where were you? Why didn't He ever hear from you? Why didn't He ever see you or feel your love? Why didn't He ever hear your voice praising Him and worshiping Him with the multitude? What will you say? I'm sorry, I was with my friends? I was with my family? I was at work? I was always busy? Do those even sound like plausible answers? Does that sound like something God would accept? When God called you into His Kingdom, He asked for all of you! You can't give Him a little bit of you and then expect to have a lot of Him! It doesn't work like that! He wants all or nothing at all! So wherever you are, no matter what you are doing be sure you make time for God! Sacrifice some things for Him, He sacrificed everything for you at the highest cost, His Son! Get your priorities in check and stop playing with God!

The Children of God Almighty!

We are the children of the Almighty and everlasting God! Why is your head hung low? It should never be! Why is the devil running in and out of your life? Because he certainly shouldn't be! Our Father set us in authority in the Earth, so we have nothing to be sad about and nothing to be afraid of! We serve a big big God! Who is majestic and magnificent! Can anything stop God? Can anything make Him stumble? Could He ever fail? NO! Of course not! And because His Spirit abides in us and we abide in Him and have been adopted into His Kingdom, nothing can stop us either! We are to walk with our heads held high because we know who we are! We know who our Father is! And we know that everything is under His control! We are to say what He says, do as He does, pray as He prays and be who He sent us in this Earth to be! We are by no means to be weak minded, downtrodden, downcast, weary, upset, angry, falling under the pressures of this world! Not when He who is in us is greater than he that is in this world! We are in this world not of it! So lift up your head, wipe your tears away, wipe that frown off your face, girt yourself with some truth and stand on the Rock which is Jesus Christ! We are the Children of God Almighty and nothing can stop us! God Bless!

The Love of My Life

When I think of Jesus my soul cries out Hallelujah! I begin to reflect on my past and realize that He was there all along, I just didn't see it at the time! He was in my life from the very beginning! Even when I didn't give Him  the recognition for getting me out of every scrape I was ever in, He was still there holding me by my hand, leading me and guiding me because He knew, long before I did, what was to come in my future relationship with Him! When I begin to sit back and really think of all the things I went through, the Holy Spirit begins to show me that He was there with me all along, and for that I truly thank Him! Now that Jesus has brought me to know Him and He knows me I often say, "how did I make it without Him?" but the Holy Spirit steps in and lets me know that I never really was without Him! Isn't that beautiful! To know that God has been with you since birth! From the time you entered this earth He had his mighty hand over you, covering you and protecting you until the appointed time for Him to make Himself fully known to you! When I even begin to ponder on it for a moment my heart leaps for joy inside of me and my spirit and soul cries out with joyous shouts unto my Father! It truly is a magnificent reflection of God's love for me! But not just for me, it's the same for countless others as well! Jesus truly is the love of my life! No one has ever or will ever love me and care for me like Him! And at the end of the day, His love is all I need! He is more than enough for me! I urge anyone who reads this to except Jesus as the Lord and love of your life! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! With Him is peace, joy, comfort, prosperity, blessing and not cursing, life and not death, abundance and no lack and the list goes on and on but most of all there is true, eternal and everlasting love! For there is no love greater than the love of Jesus Christ! Let go of your idols and let God in to lavish His love upon you! God Bless!

Higher Standard

When you are called into God's Kingdom, you are released from the law and are now operating under God's forgiving grace. But that doesn't mean that you can do away with the law and obeying God's commands because now you are placed at a higher standard by God's grace. Now that God is forming a relationship with you, there are some ways in which you as a Holy child of God are supposed to operate. You are not to be as one who is still lost and in the world's system, not that you are better than they, but now your eyes have been opened and more is required of you. You are now an example to all those in your world of how a child of God should truly be. Sin no longer has a foothold on you and you have been set free. But as the Apostle Paul said do not use that freedom to engage in debauchery. You are a child of the King and are to behave as such, no more backsliding for you, those days are over with. Now that is not to say you won't make mistakes, because you will, but you are no longer to let those little mistakes turn into habits and then turn into deep rooted sin again. So walk on in the authority that God has given you in this Earth. Living up to the higher standard that God has found you worthy to be placed in! God Bless!

Feeling Forgotten

There are times in our walk with God where we will feel as though somehow God has forgotten about us! We get so bogged down with thoughts and so focused in on what God hasn't done yet and forget about all the marvelous things that God has done for us, things we may not even have seen! It's in these moments when the enemy can crawl in and doubt and unbelief can begin to take root. In our walk with God we have to always remember what God has done for us and even in the midst of a trial where you feel as though God has forgotten you somehow, you have stand up, have faith and know that the creator of all could never and would never forget His creation whom He loves so dearly and deeply; His love for us is eternal! I mean just take a look at it this way; Jesus went to the cross and died for you long before you were even born. When He hung on the cross He wasn't thinking about how much pain He was in, He was thinking of you and how much He loved and desired for you to forever be with Him; so how could you ever believe that He has forgotten you. As He said in His word, He will never leave you, nor forsake you (Joshua 1:5). Now you may forget about Him but He has never and will never forget about you! So just stay strong! When those feelings of loneliness and uncertainty begin to creep up on  you, flee into the presence of God and just spend some quality time with Him. There with Him you will find peace, rest, strength, courage and most of all love. God is love and He yearns to lavish it upon you! You don't have to do anything but call out His name and He will come running! Whatever you are going through today, just hold on and be strong and remember God is the Almighty and everlasting God and He is your Father, He has not forgotten you! He will come through! Just believe! You say you love Him then you have to trust Him! God Bless!!!

Joshua 1:5 "As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Also remember that there are millions upon millions of hurting and ailing people in this world and God has to look to and attend to each and every one of them, so just be patient. God sees your pain and He will attend to it and take care of it soon enough! Patience is proof of trust!

True Worship

So what picture comes to mind when you think of worship? I know quite often people in vision a Church congregation, dancing and singing praises to the Lord; and while that is a form of worship that isn't it, it's more to it than that. You see, Jesus didn't die so you could just go to Church, spend some time there once a week, giving Him an honorable mention for an hour and half if that, then leave and go back out to the hustle and bustle of the world until the next Church day rolls around again. That's not what true worship entails at all. But  rather true worship is the life we live in the presence of God every single day of our lives. Yielding to Him, living under His will, taking heed to His commands, worshiping Him in spirit and in truth; that's what true worship is all about. It's a relationship with God Almighty not just giving Him a shout out here and there, that's not what Jesus desired from you when He went to the cross. As Jesus said, "God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."~John 4:24. So begin to take those extra steps toward God in your life, to make Him more apart of your everyday, not just a part of one of your days. Begin to watch for His movement in your everyday life, listening for that faint whisper from the Holy Spirit, beckoning you toward Him. God desires more of you but you have to take the first step. Begin to live that life of true worship to God that Jesus went to that cross and died for. He longs to have a relationship with you. Let Him in! God Bless!

God is in Control

You ever had a day where you just looked around and thought, "where is my life going?" or "where is God in all this?" I've had those days and if you begin to sit and dwell on those thoughts for too long it could lead you into depression; especially if you don't know the answers. We have to be stronger than this in the Body of Christ! Able to stand on our two feet even when we don't know which way we are going or what in the world is going! We have to have faith and believe that God Almighty is in control! Knowing that whatever way life turns, God is around that corner and He has a plan to see you through! You may not see it, you may not feel it but you have to know it! You see, you can't live life off of your feelings. The adversary of our souls has access to our feelings and if he can seep in and begin to play on those feelings of doubt and unbelief, he can carry you to hell in a hand basket, as my Pastor says. So no matter what situation you may be facing, no matter what you are going through stay strong! God has a plan to see you prosper and He is not about to let you fail! When in doubt, turn to God! The Holy Spirit will give you the guidance you need and send you along on the path of righteousness rejoicing in God! So don't doubt, God's got your back! God bless!

Persecution

Ignorance is alive and well! We shouldn't be shocked in the slightest, Jesus said it would happen. Those of the Christian faith are laughed at, mocked, talked about, ridiculed and various other things. Though these issues are quite frustrating at times we of the faith should never be discouraged, we should never back down or shy away, God built us better than that. But when faced with ignorance we should never respond to it with another form of ignorance. We should respond to it out of love as often as we can, exhibiting the love of God that is within our hearts. God does not desire for us to be going back in forth in foolish banter, that type of activity will get you no where. We are to be leading others to Christ, not turning them even further away with hateful words that we may use because we are angry, we are held at a higher standard. The old saying comes in to play, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." So when faced with persecution don't fret, don't get upset, God's looking out for you and the Holy Spirit will show up right on time, telling you exactly what to say, so just keep your composure. God Bless!!!

The Sacrifice

"Oh the Blood of Jesus washes me! Yes the Blood of Jesus shed for me! What a sacrifice! That saved my life! Yes the Blood , it is my victory!" Beautiful lyrics aren't they? What's even more beautiful is the fact that the lyrics are true and prevalent in the lives of believers! When I begin to even think of the sacrifice that was made by Jesus Christ for my sins, it warms my heart and brings tears to my eyes! He loves us so much that He took on each and every one of our sins by Himself so that we could live forever! He lost Himself to gain us! what a wonder He is! Just think of what it took for God Almighty to turn His back on His innocent Son, who was mangled and hanging on a cross just to save our wretched souls! How could you not just want to love on the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit! He loves us so much, we can't even begin to put it in words! God's love is addicting and burns my soul! When I begin to think about what Jesus went through, for all the sins that all of us make each and everyday it makes me want to live my life right! When I feel as though I may be getting ready to make a mistake I begin to imagine my mistake as a strike on Jesus body or the hammer hitting the nail as it went through his wrist and feet! Makes me change my mind, straighten up and go the right way. If we all began to think that way, I believe many of the senseless mistakes we to often make would lessen. People often say look at what Jesus went through for us, referring to the beating He took on for us, but it's much more than that. Jesus became sin itself for us, that's whats the ultimate! For Jesus Christ, the Holy and innocent Son of God to literally become sin itself for us, who more than deserved the punishment that God would have given us if were not for Jesus' sacrifice! What magnificent love that God has lavished upon us! How beautiful! I'm speechless! Jesus was the sacrifice for us all, for those who believe and even those who don't. Mark 14:24 "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many." God Bless!!!

United As One

We live in a world where there are multitudes upon multitudes of people from all different cultures, races, ethnicities and backgrounds and it is all quite beautiful! I think about it often and it just sets me in awe how God has created all these different people and we are all unique, there is something in each and every one of us that sets us apart from the rest. With different races comes different attitudes, ways about doing things, different ways of eating, different dialects, different physical features and characteristics and so much more! Now while I and many other people also find this to be pretty amazing, there are still those in our world who have a backward way of thinking! There are those out there who believe that their race is the best race and there should be no other on this Earth but them and since that's not going to change then they believe that the other races should be treated as inferior to them, submitting to whatever authority they want to put in place. As my Pastor says this is "upside downatude." God made each and every one of us! We all have the same Father, no matter what ethnicity or racial background we come from. I think if we all began to sit back and realize that we are all supposed to be in the same boat of life together things would change. This verse got me thinking on this topic today: Numbers 15:15 "You and the alien shall be the same before the Lord." I love this verse because it shows us how God views us. Though the Israelites viewed those who were among them who weren't of the same race as an alien, in God's eyes they were the same! I love that! I'm not trying to bring on world peace or anything like that, i'm simply trying to open your eyes to a different point of view, to see the world we live in differently. So in closing I would like to say instead of trying to separate yourself from that person who may be of a different heritage than you, come together. You could learn and experience some amazing things! Everyone has something special to offer! Don't have a closed off 18th century mindset, open up, relax and embrace those who are different around you! In turn God will embrace you! God Bless!

Prayer

Prayer is powerful and effective and when you put it to use, beautiful things begin to take place. When you begin to take the time out of your day to get into the presence of the Lord, to make time to seek His face and hear His word, a relationship between you and the Mighty One begins to flourish. Some people think that prayer is a "Hi Lord" every now and again but that's not the case. Prayer is fleeing unto God to get your spirit fed, to see situations change, to hear His word, to feel His presence, to acknowledge His presence in your everyday and to show Him that nothing else in the world matters more than the time you get to spend with Him by yourself alone in prayer each and everyday. Prayer is a weapon for us as well. Pray and watch the Heavens move on your behalf, pray and see the demonic strongholds in your life, be cast out by the mighty hand of God, never to return again. But prayer is not just a weapon that we as the children of God use in bad times but in good times as well. God is not just looking for a shout out hear and there, He longs to spend time with you, quality time; to remove burdens of your shoulders, to feed your spirit, to hear your voice and most of all to just love on you. You see our Father longs to fill your life in a magnificent way and that is done when run to Him in prayer. In prayer you can experience God on a much deeper level. It will feel as though you have Him all to yourself and that its just you and Him, no one else, and it really is! Isn't it beautiful? You can be sure that when you call out to God Almighty that He hears you and not only does He hear you, He comes to answer the call and give you His undivided attention. God's power and presence is something else, it just sets me in a state of awe! So remember to pray! Jesus is waiting to answer you!

Something for you to think about!
Mark 14:32 "They went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus said to His disciples, "Sit here while I pray."   If the Son of God Almighty, Jesus Christ,  took the time out and prayed to God, then how much more should we be praying?

Thankful

Sometimes its good to take a step back and look at your surroundings and thank God for it. No matter what situation or circumstance you are in just tell God thank you. With all the debauchery going on in the world, violence, poverty and other atrocious monstrosities taking place in this current day and age we have to be thankful for our current position, no matter what the case may be; knowing that bad times don't last always. I used to sit back sometimes and analyze my surroundings and would then become upset because things weren't the exact way I wanted them to be but then the Holy Spirit would step in and put me in check and then I began to look at things with a whole new perspective. The Holy Spirit began to show me things that those in my family were going through, then He had me look at things that others in the world were going through and then He made me look at my situation. would sit back and reflect on those issues and it made me wake up and realize that what I go through isn't nearly as bad as I make it out to be and it could sure be a lot worse. Now when I get down I just look up to my Father and say thank you. Simply saying thank you to Him because though I may not like the battle i'm currently in, I know it could be a lot worse, so I thank God for holding back some of the sorrow and pain that very well could seep into my life at any moment. So don't sit back in self pity with a "woe is me" attitude, give thanks to God because He has kept things you haven't even seen from getting a hold on you and the current situation your going through, He's going to deliver you from that as well. Recognize the words in that statement, "going through" which means you aren't going to stay stagnant in that position, your coming out and going into something so much more beautiful and God's preparing you for it. Tough times are meant to make you stronger, not tear you down. God would never put more on you than you can bear. I know it's not what you want right now but things could sure be a lot worse, so thank God that it isn't and thank Him because you know, believe and have faith that He is going to make it all right! Stay Strong!God Bless!

The Eternal Word

Mark 13:31 "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." God's word stands firm in the Heavens, God's word is eternal! His word is powerful! When God speaks don't hold it as common for His word is not futile but it is loaded with life changing revelation! God holds His word above His name, so as He has said it so shall it come to pass. His word will not fall to the earth void of power but it will accomplish what He sent it in the earth to do! When in need flee to God's word! He has given us instructions and directions in His word that will guide us through our every day life! Let God's word be the first thing you see when you awake and the last thing you see before you go to bed! God's word is life to you! He is The Eternal Word! John 1:1-2 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning."

Apart of the Family of God!

Matthew 12:50 "For whoever does the will of my Father in Heaven is my brother and sister and mother." This verse is so beautiful to me because it shows one of the characteristics of our Savior and how much He loves! In this verse Jesus is saying that anyone, any and everybody living on the face of this Earth who does the will of the Father is apart of the family of God! Isn't that wonderful to know! Aren't you thankful that you got adopted into a Kingdom where you are so loved and so valued as though you are a rare treasure despite your wickedness! In this verse Jesus is saying I am apart of you and you who do my Father's will are apart of me! Just makes you want to be apart of God's Kingdom even more! I know I'm glad I've been redeemed! Glory to God! God Bless!

Obedience

Often times if we just remembered to flee to God's word in times of uncertainty and to follow His commands we would not be in as much trouble that we as humans get into.God's commands weren't given to us because He just wants to order us around He gave us the commands for our own good because He knew that thinking on our own would get us into trouble! I mean just take a look at what happened in the Garden of Eden! That was the first time man thought for himself and look where we are now! That just shows you where the minds of humans are without the presence of God! God knew that thinking would only lead us into an act of disobedience and into an act of sin which results in separation from God! So instead of thinking, OBEY! God gave us a book full of commands for our guidance! In there is a word for everything you could possibly ever go through in this life and if you just look to it and put it to use, you'd find that life is so very much easier! So next time you find yourself in a pickle, just go to God, go to His word and obey! He'll turn everything around! All you've got to do is listen! God Bless! Happy Sabbath!

What To Do When You Don't Know Which Way To Turn

On this path of righteousness that we as the Children of God walk it can sometimes be quite difficult to find our way. So what do you do when the path ahead of you is unknown? What do you do when you can't see clearly in front of you? It's simple! Trust, believe and have faith! Sometimes in life you just have to lean and depend on Jesus! The Holy Spirit has been where we can't go and has seen what we cannot see. We aren't always meant to know which way to go or meant to know what the outcome of certain situations are going to be and its in those moments where we are to rely on our faith in Jesus the most! I have been and am in a point in my life where i'm not sure what God is going to do with me but what I do know is that whatever it is, is beautiful and I have to trust Him and have faith to access it! You see all you have to do is trust Him! God loves us and He would never lead us astray and would never lead us down any dangerous pathways and all that we go through is for His glory! So don't fret when the road up ahead of you begins to get a bit cloudy! Have faith and know that our Abba, God Almighty, has got you completely and 100% covered. Be like Abraham! He didn't know where he was going, all he knew was that God told him to go and he heeded to God's command and went, leaving everything behind. And because He obeyed and trusted God, through him all nations were blessed! Remember your footsteps are ordered of God and He will not allow you to fail! So go forward with Jesus and prosper! God Bless!

Forgiveness

Forgive! Forgive! And then forgive again! I know it's hard, but it's the best thing that we can do. Learning to forgive, letting go but never forgetting, so that the same issue will not arise again! Let's face it, we live in a world where people are just plain old mean, backstabbing and deceitful! But those of us who have been forgiven of our many transgressions need to exhibit the love that Jesus has placed in us and learn how to forgive! It's easier said than done but once you have truly forgiven that person who has in some way or another crossed you or hurt you, a burden that you can't even see is being removed off your shoulders! And what a relief that is! Because now you are able to stand before God Almighty, our Heavenly Father, and having forgiven those that have wronged you, you in turn will be forgiven your wrongdoings! Mark 11:25 "And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you your sins."

Servant Hood

Mark 10:45 "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." Now and days there is a serious lack of servant hood. With all the hustle and bustle in our daily lives we tend to forget that there are those out there in need, who we may just be in a position to help. So whenever you are able to act, do it! Don't hesitate! And don't put it off! Jesus came from all the riches and splendor of Heaven to serve you, to make sure you had eternal life. The least we could do as those who by the grace of Jesus have been adopted into this faith is to serve the least of those among us. You never know, you may be the only Bible that someone will ever see. Matthew 25:40 "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." God Bless!!!
