God Won't Let You Slip Away (He Will Not Let You Perish)

There are times that come in your life where you feel down, lost and forgotten. You feel as though God doesn't see, hear or care about your pain. You feel as though you've done something wrong. You can't feel the tangible presence of God! You can't hear His voice! You don't feel His love! Don't let these feelings take root in you! Shake them off! God loves you! He won't let you slip away! He will not let you perish!

The adversary of our souls (the devil), has access to your feelings and if he can seep in and begin to play on them and you feed into them, then he can destroy you, but never fear, God is near! When God brought you into His Kingdom, He placed His mighty right hand over your life and it cannot be moved! Jesus redeemed you with His blood and is now responsible for you. He is not about to let the adversary take you out! Just when the devil has a plan to take you out, God has got a plan to keep you in! All you have to do is believe and trust in Him! God has got the rest under control! Remember the battle is not yours! It's God's!

Live your life by faith! Trusting, knowing and believing in the Word of the Almighty God. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Isaiah 54:17"No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and this is their vindication from me," declares the Lord.

Nothing can separate you from God, remember what Paul said in Romans 8.

Romans 8:38-39"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

So don't fret when things begin to go south. Don't run and hide when the battle rages, run towards it, that's why God gave you His full armor, so you can stand against it and prevail. Don't give up when God's Spirit begins to lift, recognize that, that is a time of testing. God desires to see if you are going to run after Him when He begins to lift His Spirit just a little, your love for Him is in your pursuit of Him! Don't ever stop chasing God, no matter how feel. Don't live your life off of what you feel! Live your life off of the inherent Word of God Almighty which stands firm forever!

Do you really realize how much God loves you? He will never let you go! You are His redeemed child! He loves you more than you'll ever know! He loves you with an eternal love, with a love that is unmatched! Have faith in Him! Jesus won't let you perish! He will see you across the victory line and into those Heavenly gates when that day comes! Don't give up on God, He won't ever give up on you! It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done! God wants you to come to Him and yield to Him! Let Him take over! He plans to prosper you in every aspect of your life! It doesn't matter where you are, God will find you, you are His child, He will always keep you in His reach! Deuteronomy 30:4"Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you back."

Under the Feet of Jesus!

Why are you walking around with your head hung low? Why is your spirit sinking? Why are you feeling so defeated? Don't you know the good news? Haven't you heard? Jesus is alive! Death is defeated! He won! So we who are in Him have won! Everything was defeated at the cross! Everything is under the feet of Jesus!

Once you come to really realize that Jesus won it all and the devil is defeated, your whole perception of life and of yourself will begin to change. You'll begin to look at yourself and at your life differently. Jesus didn't go to the cross, die and rise again just for you to be in the same position you are in now! Absolutely not! Jesus came down from all the riches and glory of Heaven for you. He became poor so you could be rich! So why are having lack, trouble, strife and grief? Why haven't you made it up in your mind to take hold of the word of God and let His glory manifest in your life? Are you afraid? Are you doubting the truth of the matter? If the answer is yes, it's time to re-examine yourself and your faith in Jesus Christ!

There is no reason to be afraid. You are walking with Jesus! He has won it all! You are alive in God and God is alive in you! Nothing can defeat God and because He is in you, nothing can defeat you either. All you have to do is believe it.

Now no one ever said that we wouldn't go through things in God's Kingdom, that's why He gave us His armor. But He did say that we would receive the victory through Christ Jesus! "But thanks be to god! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."~ 1 Corinthians 15:57

"Father into your hands I commit my spirit." When He had said this, He breathed His last."~ Luke 23:46

When Jesus breathed His last breath, it was finished. He was victorious over the Kingdom of darkness! He had won it all! And don't confuse His victory with that of a football game where there is momentary excitement and then it fades away into the pages of history, this is the direct opposite. This was not a game for starters. Our  very existence depended upon Jesus being victorious. His victory didn't just bring momentary excitement either; this excitement lasts forever unto eternity! And this isn't something you just get to watch on television and wish you were apart of, nope. You get to take part in this victory!

So why are you so doom and gloom! Don't be a pessimist! Get up on your feet and rejoice! Jesus did it! Jesus conquered the grave! Do you love Him? Do you believe in Him? Yes! Then act like it! Rejoice in your battles, for they are already won! Everything is under the feet of Jesus!

It Doesn't Matter

It doesn't matter who you are or where your from, what your nationality is or what family you were born in to. If God looks down from Heaven and deems you as worthy enough to lead His flock then get prepared, some beautiful things are about to take place.

There are a lot of people in the Body of Christ who believe that God will never use them for anything. That's not the case. Each and every person on the face of this Earth has a purpose to fulfill. You may not believe it or feel it but that doesn't mean it isn't true.

Some feel as though they don't have enough money to do the things God wants them to do; that doesn't matter to God. God is a God of abundance. He will bless you just so you can be a blessing to other people. Some people may feel as though they don't look the part. God isn't concerned about your outer appearance. That's what man looks at and God is not a man, His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are not our ways. God is concerned with what your inside looks like; what your spirit looks like. When you come to know Jesus and yield to Him, letting Him work in you, you can walk in a room full of beauty queens and because of the Spirit shining on you, will make you the most beautiful and radiant person in the entire room. Some may feel as though they were born into the wrong family. That doesn't matter. At the end of the day you are God's child, you are apart of His Heavenly family. Just take a look at Gideon.

In Judges 6, the Lord calls upon Gideon to be a judge for Israel, to deliver them out of Midian's hand. The angel of the Lord appears to him in verse 12 and says, "The Lord is with you, mighty warrior." By verse 15 Gideon begins to come up with an excuse as to why he could not be the one to be used to save Israel; he says, "how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in the Manasseh, and I am the least in my family."

You see, Gideon was looking at things with a natural eye, instead of a spiritual eye. If he had of looked at the situation with his spiritual eye, then he would have known that it doesn't matter what situation or circumstance you are in on this Earth, if God calls upon you to do a task, you better believe that it will be accomplished. God doesn't send His word into this Earth for nothing, as it says in Isaiah 55:11,"So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." And it also doesn't matter how people perceive you on this earth, whether you are considered least or great in their eyes, God uses the foolish things to shame the wise, 1 Corinthians 1:27"But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong."

Don't walk around downcast with your spirits low, feeding into the lie that you are good for nothing, no! You are good for something, something far greater than your wildest dreams or that your mind could even imagine. Begin to go to God and seeks His face. He'll begin to show you who you really are and what your purpose is. And remember, it doesn't matter how this world views you, how people view you or how you see yourself, all that matters is what God's plan is for your life and it will be accomplished. Believe and trust in Him! You are not forgotten! God Bless!

Jesus is a Healer

Jesus was, is and will always be a healer. Healing didn't stop when He healed the blind man or the woman with the issue of blood. It is in God's nature to heal. He desires for you to be whole in every aspect of your life. If healing is what you need, whether it be mind, body, spirit or soul, Jesus is the answer. All you have to do is believe and trust in Him.

Look at what it says in Isaiah 53:5,"But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we ARE healed."

Jesus took on all our infirmities so we could be healed. It's done! It's finished! The battle's already won! You ARE healed! Death, sickness and disease was defeated at the cross! You notice it says in that scripture that you ARE healed. Meaning your not waiting to be, may possibly be or might be, No! You are healed! Believe it and receive it. 

And it doesn't just say it there, it says it again in 1 Peter 2:24,"He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds you HAVE been healed."

Notice it says, "have been" meaning that it's already done. All you have to do is take hold of it and believe it!

It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done. Just go to God! Yield to Him and let His healing power fall heavily on your body. In Luke 22, Jesus even heals one of the servants of the high priest who came to arrest Him. 

When Jesus followers saw what was going to happen, they said, "Lord, should we strike with our swords?" And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear. But Jesus answered, "No more of this!" And He touched the man's ear and healed him. ~ Luke 22:49-51

So if Jesus healed someone who was coming to arrest Him, how much more do you think He will heal you! Have some faith!

Whose report will you believe? Man's or God's? Man says you have a disease or sickness. God says you are healed and have been healed. Being that He is the creator of earth and everything in it, I'll just go ahead and believe His word and receive it. Don't believe man's report! It'll get you into trouble every time! Trust God! Everything is under the feet of Jesus! You don't have to be afraid! You don't have to fear! Healing is here! Jehovah Rophi is here! Bless His name!

Everything Belongs to the Lord

There are a lot of people running around in this world thinking they are entitled to something. In their narcissistic minds, they think that the world revolves around them, anything they own is of their own doing  and that couldn't be further from the truth. If I recall the Bible says that God Almighty is the creator of Heaven and Earth and everything in it. Meaning that everything on the face of this Earth and beyond belongs to Him. The house you live in, the car you drive, the food you eat, the clothes on your back, the money in your bank account and the bank it's in, all belongs to God; there is no co-ownership in God's Kingdom. If God presents it to you it's not yours, it's still His, He's just entrusting it to you.

For Example, in Luke 22:10-13, Jesus tells the disciples to go into the city to a house and there in an upper room make preparations for the Passover meal,. They do as He says, they go into the city find the house and everything was found just as Jesus had told them.

You notice that Jesus didn't say go and ask if we can use the upper room in the house, He said go and make preparations in the upper room. He spoke as though He was telling them to go make preparations as though the house were His, because in all reality it is. He is Lord God Almighty, everything on this Earth belongs to Him. So don't walk around as thought you are entitled to the things you have. If you have it, it is because God gave it to you. No matter how small or how big it is, be sure to give God all the glory for it. If it were not for Him, none of us have anything and would be nothing. So be grateful, be thankful and be humble. Give God the glory He is due.God Bless!

You Believe Everything Else! Why Not God?

In today's society we have multitudes of people searching for answers. They're running to and fro like chickens with their heads cut off trying to find some meaning in their lives or some self help.From going to fortune tellers, to self help books and seminars, counselors and multitudes of other forums; all I can say is people are lost, that word pretty much sums it all up.If only they knew that all the answers they needed for everyday life and for every situation they will ever face, is in the Living Word of God.

You most certainly don't need a fortune teller. God tells you what your future is in His word; and you can be sure that it is bright, beautiful and bountiful.

You don't need to go to a self help book or seminar; you need to go to the living book, the Holy Bible and to a Holy Ghost filled Church. In God's word you will find every answer you were seeking and at Church your spirit will be strengthened with the mighty word of God. With His word taking root in you, you will be able to stand up in the face of your battle and receive victory, all in the mighty name of Jesus.

You don't need a counselor to talk you through tough times, you need to talk to Jesus! A counselor while may be a listening ear can only provide you with advice but Jesus can give you legit answers to whatever problem you are dealing with or facing; and He will surely bring you out of every scrap you get into.

When in trouble, when your lost and can't find your way, God desires for you to come to Him. Don't run to the most popular self help fad of the time, run into God's arms, He has all the answers you need. A fad fades away, God is eternal! Meaning He will never leave you nor forsake you (Joshua 1:5)

The problem with the world today is people want everything right now, they want answers as soon as they ask the question and not a second later. That's not how our Father operates. You may get an answer right away and then, you may not. You see, God has an appointed time for everything and He will give the answer you are seeking at the appointed time in accordance with His will. God is not about to give you anything at the exact moment you want it. If that was the case then there would be no need for faith. That is not how God operates His Kingdom. When in God's Kingdom you will live by faith or perish. When you have faith in God, you have patience and patience is proof of trust. Question: Do you have faith? Do you trust God? You should.

Don't run to man, man doesn't know what he's doing. If he did, the world wouldn't be in the mess it's in today. Again I will say run to God. You believe what your parents say, you believe what your friends say, you believe what your co-workers say, you believe what the doctor says, you believe what the news says, so why can't you believe what God says? I mean after all, He is the creator of Heaven and Earth and everything in it. He is all knowing. He is omnipotent. His divine wisdom and knowledge is far beyond what our feeble minds can imagine. He has been where you haven't been and He can go where you can't go. He knows what your thinking. He knows what's in your heart. He knows what your going to say before you say it. So doesn't it seem to you that He is the one should believe in? Makes all the sense in the world to me! So whose report will you believe? Man or God's?

Attention to the Details

Many of us in God's Kingdom think that God only speaks to certain people or that there are only a select few who are chosen by Him and they are the ones who have to follow and obey God's word to the "T" and that's it; but this mindset couldn't be further from the truth. When God calls you into His Kingdom He requires the same from each of us. Each of us is supposed to work just as hard as the next. You may not be called to preach but that doesn't mean that you have less work to do, no way! We are to pay close attention to the details. Close attention to every word and instruction that God gives us in the Bible. That's how we come to thrive in His Kingdom and that is when we step into the life that is full of blessings, abundance and prosperity without grief that God desires for each of us to live.God tells us this in Deuteronomy Chapter 28.

Deuteronomy 28:1-2 "If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on the earth. All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the Lord you God."

Notice it says "If you" meaning, its on you. You have to make the choice to follow God's word, paying attention to every detail. 

And it's not like you don't know what benefits you would reap when you take this action. In Deuteronomy Chapter 28 verses 3-14 it gives you an entire list of blessings that will surely come upon you. Those weren't just for the Israelites in that time period, they are for you too; you just need to make it up in your mind to see them manifest in your life, God has given you the ability to make them all happen.

And that's not even it. There are examples in the Bible for you to refer to as well. Take a look at the lives of Abraham, Moses and Joshua. 

When a word from God was given they didn't reason, waver or falter; all they did was obey and the benefits of their obedience was something indescribable.

I'll start with Abraham. His attention to the details was amazing and His life was beyond prosperous because of it. Abraham was told to leave his family, his homeland and set out to a new promise land that God had in store for him. Abraham didn't know where he was going and he didn't ask, all he did was what God had commanded him to and because of it all nations through him are blessed. Not only that but he was beyond rich, he was substantially wealthy.

Next is Moses. Such a valiant man of God. He could have lived in the palaces of Egypt but he took his place among his Israelite brothers and sisters because he knew he had a job to do. He, under the mighty hand of God, led each and everyone of the Israelites out of the bondage of Israel, wrote down the 10 commandments of God and set all the laws. And when it was all said and done, at the age of 120 years old he got to see the promise land and then he went on to be with the Lord. How wonderful!

Last but certainly not least is Joshua. He was next after Moses, and he had the task of leading the Israelites into the promised land. Because his attention to detail was great and he followed each and every command God gave him, he under the hand of God, won every battle that was set before him. It even says of Joshua in Joshua 11:15 "he left nothing undone of all that the Lord commanded Moses." He did every single thing that God asked of Him and was greatly rewarded.

Now these are just a few examples in the Bible of those who payed close attention to the details that God gave them; there are many others.

Don't let the word of God just go in one ear and out the other. Every word, every line of scripture in the Bible is vital to your very existence and your prosperity in the Kingdom of God. Whenever God speaks to you, do not for one second take it for granted. If God is speaking directly to you, He isn't doing so just for fun, it is of top priority, it is highly important, don't disregard it. Begin to pay attention to the details and God will greatly reward you for it, just as He did with the mighty men of God mentioned in this post. God Bless You!

God is Fighting for You

God is not just God, He is our Father. And He does His duties as our Father. He protects His children. We in the Kingdom of God are in triple grip, by God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, now that's what I call protection! So if anyone or anything, whether it be in the spiritual or the natural, tries to come against you, God steps up and says, "You'll have to go through me first!" And since nobody or no thing can stand before God, then you can be sure that you will always come out of your battle victorious, giving God all the glory. Never fear! Your Father is Here! And as He said in His word, He will, "Contend with those who contend with you; and fight against those who fight against you."~Psalm 35:1; and this takes place in the spiritual and the natural. So rest assure at all times, God is fighting for you! Your enemies, no matter how big or small they may be, will be delivered into your hands.

Knowing this and holding on to this notion is vital for us in the Body of Christ, if we are going to stand up and be the fearless warriors that God called us into His Kingdom to be. Fight you must and fight you will. But sometimes we often forget who we are and lay down our weapons. I know I forget sometimes and when I do the Holy Spirit steps in and sends me to these verses of scripture, Joshua 10:12-14. In Joshua chapter 10, he and the Israelites are preparing to fight the Amorites. But before they go into battle God speaks to Joshua and tells him that the Amorites had already been delivered into his hands. But this fight was different than the previous battles. In this particular battle Joshua begins to speak saying,

"O sun, stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon."~Joshua 10:12

And when Joshua spoke these words the sun stopped and didn't go down for a full day, until the entire nation of Israel avenged themselves. That day it was noted that God had listened to a man, which had never happened before and He fought for Israel.

But don't think for one second that, that only happened then and that was it, Oh No! Don't be confused! God still fights for us today. So whatever battle you are in, hand it over to the Lord. And whatever force trying to come against you is getting ready to come in contact with a God in which it can't contend with; and the Lord God Almighty will today, what He did to the Amorites back then. All you have to do is let go and let God!

God already told you that the battle is not yours and that it's His. 1 Samuel 17:47"for the battle is the Lord's."

So just trust Him! God's got you covered! And realize this! We have an advantage they didn't have back then! We have Jesus Christ! When you speak the name that is above all names, every knee shall bow! And don't even begin to start pleading the blood of Jesus over your situation! The demons have no choice but to flee.

So stand up and put on the full armor of God! Be bold! Be Fearless and recognize that God is indeed fighting for you! God Bless!

Hell Is Real

You will live on forever, the question is, where? Hell is real, it's not just real, it's a reality. There are so many misguided and mistaken people when it comes to this topic, that it is baffling and it is a tad bit scary. The scary part is that the majority of these misguided people claim to be Christians. Now i'm not trying to judge anyone but, that's terrible! Especially when one of our main purposes in the Body of Christ is leading others to Him. How are you going to lead if you aren't educated on the subject matter?

When the topic of Hell is brought up, people often shrink back, cringe at the thought or just outright don't even want to touch on it. By being silent on the matter you are in fact doing exactly what the devil wants you to do. He wants you to remain quiet; because by remaining quiet on the fact, you'll remain uneducated and then we all know where that leads to. I mean why do you think Jesus Himself talked about Hell and talked about it quite often. Why? To warn you, so you would know exactly what not to do to end up there! So you would turn to Him and be saved.

The even sadder thing is that even the Preachers now and days have stopped preaching on Hell (but this really shouldn't be a surprise because a lot of them have even stopped preaching on Jesus and the Cross but that's a whole other subject). Aren't they supposed to be the ears for the people? Jesus said, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear." ~Luke 14:35. Why is this occurring? Well 9 times out of 10 it is because they are afraid of what people might think. Afraid that their Church attendance will go down. Afraid that members and financial partners may leave the Church. You do notice that the main reasoning behind this lapse in preaching is due to fear; the devil has them and so many of us right where he wants us, afraid!

I don't know about you but I thank God Almighty that He led me to a Church where the anointed man of God  in the pulpit isn't the least bit afraid to not only talk about the subject but also talk about all the ways (sins) in which people end  up there. I don't want to go to a Church where the preaching is sugar coated for seeker sensitive, backslidin people. No way! I want to go to a Church where the truth is spoken and not only spoken but spoken boldly. Let me know now what I have to do to make sure Hell is not my final destination. Let me know now that Heaven and Hell is a reality and that if I go to Hell, I will be there not just for a day, week or a year but for all eternity. LET ME KNOW! LET EVERYONE KNOW! DON'T SHRINK BACK! If I recall we are supposed to be bold in the Body of Christ! Not meek and mild! Not crowd friendly!

And don't be confused, God does not send you to Hell, YOU DO! God gives you a choice! Make the right one! (If you would like to read more on this, check out my blog post titled, It's On You.) 

Jesus even goes on to describe Hell in Luke 16:19-31, a scenario is described about the rich man and Lazarus. I'll make this brief as possible. Lazarus was a beggar and the rich man was, well, a rich man, living in the lap of luxury (and you know what kind of mindset that comes with, again, that's a whole other topic). So Lazarus dies and goes to Heaven but the rich man goes to Hell. Well while in Hell the rich man can see up to Heaven, and He sees Lazarus. He ask Lazarus if he could just dip his finger into some water so he could cool his tongue because he was in so much agony. Of course that was impossible because no one can cross over from Heaven into Hell and vice versa. In closing the rich man is in so much agony and torture and wants to warn his family to not come where he is but isn't able to. Powerful isn't it? This is just a summary it would be better to actually read the scriptures for yourself but I pray you get the drift. Hell is not a place where there will just be people who didn't make it to Heaven and everyone will just be sitting there like lumps on a log. Oh No! I'm afraid it's not that way at all. 

Hell is a very real place. It is the unrestrained wrath of God. Something you can't imagine. Something your worst nightmare couldn't even compare to. A place that the Hollywood movie makers couldn't even begin to depict in a film. Hell was made for the devil and his angels; not for you! But make no mistake about it, if you mess up and refuse to straighten up then that's where you'll end up. So I pray you come to realize that Hell is real, Hell is a reality! Don't go there for anyone or anything! Flee to Jesus! Let Him prepare you for Salvation! I pray that this has informed you in some form or another! Be enlightened! God Bless!

Praise Through the Battle

In the book of Joshua the Israelites came to the city of Jericho and before they even began to fight the Lord told Joshua that He had already given the city into his hands

Then the Lord said to Joshua, "See, I have delivered Jericho into your hands, along with its king and its fighting men.~Joshua 6:2

As God told Joshua this He went on to give Him the battle plan instructions on how he and the army of Israelites were to take down the city of Jericho.

Battle Plan: "March around the city once with all the armed men. Do this for six days. Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams' horns in front of the ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with the priests blowing the trumpets. When you hear them sound a long blast on the trumpets, have all the people give a loud shout; then the wall of the city will collapse and the people will go up, every man straight in."~Joshua 6:3-5

What stands out most to me is in verse 5, is where the Lord tells them to shout and the walls would collapse, this is very similar to what we do in the Body of Christ today. You see our praise is a weapon, our shout is a war cry and when we shout unto God with a voice of triumph, our "walls" on the righteous path which would be trouble, trials and tribulations have to collapse. So when the going gets tough do as the Israelites did and start shouting; and you can be sure that just as the walls of Jericho fell so many years ago, your "walls" will do the same.

As the enemy of the Israeites were delivered into their hands, so will be yours. As the Israelites received the victory in battle that they thought they would never win, so will you. It's just as true for you today as it was for them way back then. The battle is already won! You have already received the victory! So shout unto God! Worship Him and Praise Him through the midst of your battle! God's got your back and He is fighting for you! You will win! You will come out on top! And when you do, be sure not to forget who it was that brought you out! Give God all the glory! God Bless!

Repeated Commands

When God begins to repeat things in His word be sure to pay attention! Whatever instruction He is continually giving over and over again it is of a top priority and is one you should be sure to grasp and hold on to. I am particularly speaking of when God constantly tells Joshua in the Book of Deuteronomy before Moses dies and also in Joshua Chapter 1 to be strong and courageous and to not be discouraged. In Deuteronomy 31 God tells Him 4 times and in Joshua 1 God tells Him twice; so it seems to me as though there were some things getting ready to take place that of course God knew ahead of time and He wanted to be sure that He warned Joshua with what I will call an "encouraging warning." God is encouraging Him with telling Him not to be afraid and to not be discouraged and to be strong and courageous but by saying this over and over again it seems to be a message with a warning in it as well. And if you read on in Chapter 31 and 32, you will see why God is continually telling Him this. God saw up ahead that the task He was putting on Joshua was not an easy one in the slightest and also what troubles and trials were to come along with that and its the same with us today. Those commands that God repeated to Joshua over and over again thousands of years ago didn't just stop there, they ring true for us in the Body of Christ today or else it wouldn't be in the Bible. God is also telling us to be strong and courageous and not to be terrified or discouraged and He goes further to tell us that He will never leave us nor forsake us and He hasn't. The Holy Spirit has seen what you can't see and has been where you can't go and He knows what's going to take place in your life before it happens. We are to take hold of these repeated commands as we go forward with God trusting and believing in Him, knowing that He's got everything under control. Now this serves as only one example of repeated commands in the Bible, there are multiple others like this one and we should be sure to focus in on those and take hold of those as we go about our daily lives. God wants us to be skillful and fully prepared on this path of righteousness! So be strong and be courageous! Do not be discouraged or terrified! Our God is with us wherever we go and He will never leave us nor forsake us! God Bless!

It's Resurrection Day!!!

This is not Easter, this is Resurrection Day! It is the Day our Savior arose with the Keys of Life in His hand! The day death was defeated! The day we were released from the laws of sin, now able to receive eternal life through His redeeming grace! Glory to God! This not a day of mourning! This is a day of rejoicing, Jesus is alive! Our God is risen and reigning! How wonderful it is to know that the tomb they buried Him in, where they thought He would forever be is empty! How wonderful it is to know that death couldn't hold Him! Good God Almighty I can't thank you enough for your sacrifice! Look at we have because of what He did on Calvary! Death is defeated! The devil is defeated! Let us this day magnify and exalt His Holy name! Everyday is His day but let us this day begin to really recognize what it is that He did for us when He gave us Jesus Christ! Jesus has done it all! And He is seated at the right hand of God Almighty, our Father, in Heaven! Again I say thank you my sweet Jesus! There is none like Him, there is nobody like Him! Let's Praise Him and lift Him up forever! Glorious and magnificent is He who is the King of Kings! The Lord of Lords! He is wonderful! Happy Resurrection Day! God Bless!

God's Promises

There are times in life where we may feel as though God is not going to work for us. I've been there on this path of righteousness before but God stepped in and let me know that there is not a word that He has spoken to me that will fall to the ground void of power. It's sometimes difficult to be strong and hold on and wait for God to move but we have to have faith in Him and have patience. God will do just what He said, all we have to do is believe and that is certainly not too much to ask. One thing you can be sure of is that if God said it, it shall come to pass. God is faithful! Just typing that awakens my spirit because it is so very very true and it is vital that we know that and always hold onto that notion. God holds His word above His name so you can rest assure that all the promises of God will be manifested in your life. The things is, is that we want things right now. We want it when we want it and how we want it but that is not how God works. God doesn't think in that manner as He is not man. You can not rush God, by trying to do so you only delay your miracle. Trust and believe that God has  a plan for your life, there is an appointed time for everything. You may not have it now but you shall have it. I'll say it again, God Almighty is faithful! He will come through! And when doubt clouds your mind, tell the devil he's a liar; and hold onto God's unchanging hand.Stand strong and know that God is working everything out for you. God Bless!

It's On You

I greatly frustrates me when I hear people say, "How can God send people to Hell?" This shows me the mindset of the person who says that, they have no clue about God, no clue about how His Kingdom operates and no clue about His people. First of God does not send anyone to Hell, if you end up there it is your own fault! No one else's! You are to blame! God gives us a choice. He sets before us life and death, blessing and cursing and then He instructs us to choose life. God so values freedom that He gives you the ability to choose against Him; and every time you sin you are making a declaration that you choose death over life, curse over blessing and ultimately choosing to spend eternity forever separated from Him. It's that simple! It isn't complicated! People try and make it seem like its this real complex matter but God explains it and lays it out in a very simple and understandable format (Read Deuteromony 30, particularly verses 11-20). So don't blame God, it's not His fault, it's yours. If Hell is where you end up then it was because you made all the right decisions to get there and made all the wrong decisions which led you away from Heaven, away from the Almighty God, away from the love of Jesus and away from the comfort and counsel of the Holy Spirit, and not just for a day but for all eternity! And do not be deceived Heaven is real, Hell is real, its not just real its a reality. You will live on forever, the question is where? It's either one of those two places and every decision you make will determine that, it's your choice. So straighten up, get in order, make the right decision and choose life. The Kingdom of Heaven does not rest on destiny, it rest on decisions. When you make the decision to choose life, you choose Jesus, He is the way the truth and the life (John 14:6). In turn He will lead you to the Father, who will accept you and begin to work on you by the power of the Holy Spirit. You now have salvation and for the rest of your life you will be getting prepared by the Holy Spirit to enter into Heaven. You have now become Jesus' responsibility and He will be sure to lead you across that victory line. So make the right decision, it's all on you, obey your Father and choose life. You have all sin to lose and all of God's blessings and promises to gain. Sounds like an easy choice to make to me. God Bless!

Boldness in the Body of Christ

I get so tired of these weak minded, soft spoken Christians! That is not who God called us into His Kingdom to be! We are to be warriors in the Body of Christ and we are to speak boldly in His name! We have Christians who are the redeemed children of the Almighty God, afraid to stand up and say what God says, when God tells them to say it and how God tells them to say and can care less about who doesn't like it. I see too many times Christians trying to say what it says in the Bible but get backed into a corner because they are too bent on trying to please everyone. Stop trying to please everyone in this world; that's not what we are called to do in God's Kingdom! Remember we are in this world not of it! We have a Holy Ghost mission to do until we go back home! We are to preach the true, living and everlasting word of God to each and every person we can possibly reach out to in this world! Boldly letting them know who Jesus is, letting them know about the truth of Gospel and letting them know that there is indeed only ONE God and that He is alive in Heaven sitting on His forever established throne. So when speaking about the faith, don't sugar coat things, let them have it! And when I say this i'm not saying curse anyone out but what I am saying is don't hold back! Be Bold! Be strong and courageous just as your Father in Heaven commanded you to be! God indeed is raising up and bold and mighty remnant of children in the Body of Christ and these meek and mild, "too afraid to say anything because someone might get offended or people might start to not like me" Christians better girt themselves with some truth, stand up and have a back bone or be crushed under the weight of God's ecclesia. Don't be afraid! Be Bold! God's got your back and the Holy Spirit will be sure that you are prepared with exactly what words to say! God Bless!
